In truth it was the worst burger I’ve ever had, it was a tasteless slab of cold meat. Items on my order didn’t turn up and then they have the nerve, nay the audacity to charge 2.95 for a babies handful of cheese on loaded fries! Marlowes used to be a great place but now I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

Ordered through Uber eats at 6:30pm. The food arrived at 8:30pm, despite being told that it would arrive at 6:50, then 7:30, then 8:05…and finally 8:30. 2 hours . When it eventually arrived , the burgers looked in a very sorry state . It’s such a shame , we had ordered from here twice before , and loved it!!! Been raving about it to all my neighbours… well , not anymore!!!!

Don’t buy unless you are happy to wait 2 hours for your food, when it arrived it was completely cold. If they can’t handle their orders they shouldn’t take them.

Ordered it on Uber, says deal meal for 1 is £16: choose burger, side, and a drink. When you get to the drinks you have to pay extra, very disappointed. I can afford paying £2.50 extra, but I can not stand when someone tries to make fool out of me. Shame!

Got uber eats delivery, burgers were advertised as having cheese, cripsy onions and caramilized onions with a special sauce, ordered this with sweet potatoe fries, they took my money and sent me a double hamburger, no sauce just lettuce no sweet potato fries or dip. Absolutely shocking charged me for everything and tried to scam me out of a meal. never ordering again.As for the burger steaks? Dreadful they clearly cook them ona girll thats way to hot they chargrilled the outer steak but managed to undercook the inside. Mind blown by such a terrible service.

Having a chilled Sunday night with a few friends.As you'd expect, the drinks start flowing.I'm sat at the bar with the amazing izzy and lily, we all kind of realised at the same time the chip were taking more time than Ian Brady releasing the location of Keith Bennett.So the lovely staff of the BEDFORD, not marlowes decided to Investigate harder than Scotland Yard investigated the disapearance of Madaline McCann.Lo and behold, they arrived faster than boy George finished in those public toilets.EDIT**the chips they sent down that were supposedly "fresh" were drier than Maddies corpse.Money back thank you.The pub staff were brilliant though!

I popped in to The Bedford pub to order a Marlowes burger and chicken slenders to take away.. ordered my food at the bar and had a drink while I waited.. quick and friendly service.. the burger was really tasty, and the chicken tenders were nice and juicy! I've been wanting to try one for a while and was not disappointed! I'd definitely go back.
Quality has declined since my last visit. Better options elsewhere in the town.

What an amazing experience this was. Our waitress Izzy was attentive and very personable. The food was out of this world. Chicken kev outstanding. Chicken fingers perfectly done. Fries also done outstanding. Perfect mixture on the soda.

This is pure honesty and feedback. The burger looks great but tastes average. The sauces overpower the other elements of the burger, the crispy onions came in a pot for some reason rather than in burger. The fries with rosemary salt didn’t come with rosemary salt.. I think this place has so much potential however, there are improvements to be made. The best burger I’ve ever eaten still goes to Chuck and Blade Burgers without question.
