I went to buy 3 festive coffees (caramel latte and gingerbread) Iwas knowingly served a basic flat white by a MANAGER, when I asked for replacement I was told "there is no cream". When I complained and realised all 3 drinks were same I was greeted by a security team with a guy called Steve lol... Was assured I'd been refunded, still not been credited to account. Want my money back please!!

I visit very often. Love the range of food, staff always friendly and welcoming. I'm disappointed that the policy on dogs has changed this past week and we can no longer dine in with our mini schnauzer as we have done for years. After we were told of the new policy, on our next visit we intended to sit outside but the outside seating area was so filthy (rubbish, dirty feathers and bird poo) we went elsewhere. By the corner of the shop, outside, someone vomited probably around 4 weeks ago now and there has been no effort to clean that area which is now just smothered in bird poo, really unattractive!! It may not be Pret's responsibility but they do need to take a step back and clean up/ask whoever's responsible to clean up the exterior of the shop. Sadly I won't be returning until they do!

Awful coffeeOvercooked hot foodStale ingredients, I've never before eaten red onion in a sandwich that is so stale and dehydrated that it becomes stringy and tough, where you can't even chew it.Disgusting.And to top it all off, the croissants are ALWAYS stone cold and the lazy staff refuse to warm them up!Edit: I think I worked out the onions, someone forgot to peel the onion before cutting it, this nasty establishment is serving you onion skins in their food.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly. Even if there's a long queue it moves so quickly that you don't have to wait long. They also have a really nice spacious downstairs area that's quiet enough to work/study. Overall a very nice place!

Incredible how this place makes money. Hottest day of the year and they can’t make iced drinks. Opted for a simple latte as I was now committed. Quick sale, painful wait for the latte…… people stood around doing nothing, yet I had to extend my parking by App to wait for my drink. First and last visit.

I just ordered x 2 salmon and x 2 new yorker rye sandwiches and coffees. It took 1hr30 to arrive and what I received was 3 croissants! Most expensive croissants of my life.WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER TAKE AWAY FROM THEM.

Having been a monthly coffee member for around 8 months I am annoyed with Pret.My membership renewed today with email confirming stated they STILL served Frappè, which along with smoothies, they seemingly removed both products nationwide in recent days. I now no longer enjoy drinks at my local Pret which had been my social hub!

As it was quite sunny we sat outside and watched the world go by. Service was good, but the toilets were a let down and need to be kept more tidy. Also the same with the outside - tables etc need to be cleared/cleaned more regularly.

I am a coffee lover. I normally buy coffee from pret when I visit London and I always loved them. I know, Pret follows high standards but here in Tunbridge Wells, my coffee tastes different on different days. Would like to request for improvements. Thanks.
