Visited this restaurant with a gift experience voucher bought for us. The food was alright, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Was a nice experience, but not our usual goto pizzeria, so doubt we will return.

My take out Margherita Pizza and especially the salad was very nice. Although I would have liked to have seen a generous topping. Also more toppings / extras to choose from, like artichokes (vegetables) etc.

Asked for a table without a booking. The restaurant was mostly empty. Was told they couldn’t fit us in as tables were booked and they were short staffed by a miserable manager. Are down the road and walked past an hour later to the place being even quieter. Will not bother in future. It’s a shame as the manager the previous time from Maidstone said he was trying to help T Wells as it was underperforming be better.

Service was not good no smile from the main lady who served us.The lady who gave us our bill and paid was lovely, she told me she was a hairdressers and she had a wonderful smile l ? and friendly, good job you got her working there as the other one was lacking in customer service skills.Shame she did not look after us from the start as you would of got 5 stars for service but the other one just let you down and she was only a one star if that.We did not get asked if we would like any more drinks so we didn't have anymore and went to a pub after our meal to get some more refreshments.The calzone was lacking much meat inside and taste was lacking in flavour just a lot of dough, Had so much better calzone pizza at other restaurants. Tiramisu again disappointed with it.Stairs to toilets a slip hazard as had food waste and mess on floor .Would not go there again.I made the lady aware who we paid that I was disappointed. She said she was sorry.

Me and my friend had the pepperoni pizza and carbinara both were fantastic and delicious, service was amazing and speedy, we are definitely booking again soon!!

Love the food here, the service was friendly and attentive. Let down though by an incredibly filthy floor that looked like it had not been swept or mopped for several days. I'd go back for sure, very soon.

Very poor experience. We had to ask for a children’s menu ten minutes after being given two menus. The food service was extremely slow, we waited about 45 minutes but in the meantime we saw many takeaway meals being given to couriers. I understand that takeaways are part of the business but it felt as if they were prioritised over diners in the restaurant. Nobody checked to see if we needed anything and when the food was eventually served we were not offered Parmesan, we had to wait to catch the eye of a member of staff. The staff came across as disinterested and unfriendly. A very disappointing experience as we usually find Prezzo decent for high street dining.

We've been coming to this Prezzo regularly for the last year; the staff are so nice, and the food is always delicious. It was my partners birthday recently and took him here after work, the lovely guy who works there was so attentive, gave my partner a beer on the house and was so chatty and funny. Thank you for making it a great experience :) Can't recommend enough!

Turned up at 6.30pm, asked the waitress to serve mains by 7.15 as friend was running late and pre ordered the mains. Ordered starters which came out timely but then no mains till 7.40 and our show started at 8pm!! The spicy pizza was SO spicy both myself and my friend struggled to eat it. Real shame ..we hoped for a better experience.
Went here after walking out of wagamamas due to bad service ...nice pleasant atmosphere..small table in side . .ordered mozzarella and squid was hot And tasty .ordered Chicken had none so ordered carbonara was not nice all I could taste was cream had 2 spoonfuls left the rest..glass of wine expensive for a house wine..other main was a Calzone very stoggy and under cooked husband left half of that to...sorry but not a good experience again twice in 1 night. Paid and left...feeling hungry

For those of you that haven't tried Prezzo's for a while I would strongly recommend a trip to the Tunbridge Wells branch. Lovely attentive service, nice environment and excellent food. I had the Tuna pizza, which was excellent, my wife Lasagne, it was one of the best she's tasted for a while (and she is a lasagne expert!). Our friend's aubergine parmigiana and beef chianiti, both of which they thoroughly enjoyed. We will defiantly be back, well done Prezzo and a big thumbs up to these recent new dishes which are top notch.

burgers and were quite impressed with them pretty good for a pizza restaurant.Reason for 4stars is I haven’t tried all the food and it is a lot more expensive than it was a year ago.A large bottle of peroni for example cost me £7.50 from memory. Large pizzas were not far off £20 each.Plus side is you can you Tesco Clubcard vouchers here.

Birthday lunch with some of the family. Nice meal. I had the sea bass which was unfortunately overcooked, but my wife had lasagne which she said was one of the best she's had. Relatively good service, but I would suggest the staff could at least pretend to be friendly? Didn't seem very happy?
