Went here as a catch up lunch with my husband. Food is very good, the service is fast, cocktails are delicious . Decor is pretty. We will be back.

To be fair we only had lunch here and there was absolutely nothing to fault!Great service, good easy going atmosphere and great kitchen. Had the flat iron steak and the fish and chips, a bread platter and all was immaculate!Thumbs up!

Just had a lovely overnight stay here. Everything was perfect and the breakfast and the morning serving staff were exceptional! It is good to see things being done well. Thank you .

Atmospheric Regency hotel in the Pantiles. The restaurant was a find! Small single page menu but every item was delicious and classy. Sit in or out and either way, world-class people watching. Happy staff. Good value.

Some of the worst service I've experienced. Rooms are poor quality and for 200 a night you'd be better of at a premier

The negative reviews are a little unfair about this hotel. It's an old building with quirky features such as angled walls snd steep stairs but that just added to the charm. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was really tasty. The location was great, parking across the road was fine, and reception were very helpful in giving us directions in the local area. We were there for a local wedding but would definitely return to get to know tunbridge wells a bit better as this was lovely too.

A lovely hotel in Tunbridge Wells at the top of the Pantiles. Nice rooms, breakfast was excellent, and I was lucky enought to be there for Thursday night jazz night which was fabulous. But most importantly the staff are the best! Mia and Charlotte and the rest of team are simply awesome. I'd definitely recommend visiting.

My husband and I spent the night here last night after a flying visit from Cheshire to deliver an item. Our first time in tunbridgeWe booked the honeymoon suite on booking .com which was cheaper than booking direct with the hotel. We had a wonderful evening sat outside watching the world go by intending to have a drink and wander off through the pantiles. But due to the wonderful customer service of the staff we ended up sitting there all night.Big shout out to Natalie who went above and beyond, helping us with the parking app and even fetching us menus from the Indian restaurant next door so that we would not miss last orders.Natalie you are a credit to the company, costs nothing yet makes a huge difference Thank you.We had a wonderful stay with you and highly reccomend.

We had an comfortable and pleasant stay, with a well appointed room, with a nice bathroom. Obviously a very popular hotel for short stays, in a attractive area of Tunbridge Wells, close to restaurants and shops. Also parking is available, not too far away, but not outside the hotel.
