Lived and worked in Bombay in the 70’s . Lived on street food ! Best I’ve had outside India . Worth a visit ! Different to a Friday night curry!!!!! You can taste the individual spices .Just been for my regular visit ! Had an “Easter thali “ WOW so good !

Incredible food- so tasty, fresh and vibrant. A really different selection to a standard british curry house and well worth going out of your way to experience. Sadly it was very quiet so atmosphere lost a bit but service was brilliant and it’s such a friendly place with a real community feel (plus a great baby change and play nook for toddlers!) We’ll definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: A real welcoming feel for families with lovely touches such as spare nappies and wipes in the baby change if you need them and a little play area with books and seats for toddlers/small kids

The was our go-to place for Indian food.We waited for about 1 hr and 15 mins to get the food and even then the order wasn’t complete as they had issue and one of the item couldn’t be delivered. And no apologies let alone goodwill gesture.Sorry, not coming again.

I live locally and often pip in for a chai masala tea(not chai latte). I had lunch a few times now. Place looks shabby but has a staff are friendly and helpful .Waiting sometimes can be a bit long but there is only often one man and cook at lunch times. I have never been in the evening, so can't say if it's different. The food so I have tried, has been authentic and tasty.

What can I say this place is fantastic! The staff were really welcoming and the food was stunning. Very reasonable for the price and a single portion enough for two! I will definitely be back!
