The bacon appeared overcooked and the sausage seemed to have been deep-fried. It is unfortunate, as our experience with the lunchtime menu last year was enjoyable.

Chanced upon this place on a spontaneous day revisiting my childhood at WestgatePeople who know me know I’m a major cook and foodie and critical , but, had THE best cauliflower cheese soup in history It was like a hug ! Far exceeded expectationsNow to revisit Mildred’s Bay and the other eaterie which I will def use for an upcoming family occasion.Make sure you visit!Parking: Nothing to add

We had breakfast, drinks and brunch on different days. The service was very good and the food
We have been a number of times now different days of the week, the foods is always wonderfully hot with lots of vegetables. Staff are polite and helpful. My only downside is that they don't do a chicken roast on Sundays

The crockery was dirty and covered in stains even when replaced with “clean” crockery. Food was nice but was concerned about cleanliness Service was good and staff very pleasant.

We've been here several times for breakfast & it's been great every time.They source their meat from a local butcher ( RC wale) and it shows.

Came here for a meal before cinema.Food was really good but shame about the service. We both wanted another drink and desert, but the staff simply didn't come over.Had to call someone over and ask for the bill and leave so we didn't miss the cinema.Shame really.
