I've been having deliveries from here for past 18 months, i order chicken balls, chips in gravy, chicken chow mein & satay chicken main dish, its never been anything other than delicious, no grease, consistent quality and rapid delivery service, I've tried all the Chinese restaurants in Whitstable and these are hands down the best, 5 stars all day long,

First off the meal was almost 20 minutes later than the given time. The Salt and Chilli chips were just poor quality and the carton wasn't even full.The Chicken balls were border line burnt and the FooYung dish... again the carton wasn't full.Overall I don't recommend anything but the basic Egg Fried Rice.

Just had a take away from here & I can honestly say it is the worst food I've ever tried to eat. The special fried rice was wet & soggy, the seaweed was so tough it couldn't be chewed or swallowed. The only thing that anything tasted of was chilli & the best bit about it was the free prawn crackers. ??

Awful. Honestly so bad. The duck was SO dry and mostly flabby skin - not at all crispy. The cucumbers looked waterlogged and the little pancakes come in a bag without ventilation so they were sticky. The noodles were in a state! Greasy with low grade ingredients and devoid of any authenticity or flavour. The dumplings were so thick and gluey. Avoid.

Decided to visit family in the area and try their food , well priced for the area ,very tasty and hot . We will definitely use this take away when next visiting family .

We always go here and always have a tasty meal. Tonight,the portions were smaller and the Chow neon was tasteless. Chicken ( Hong Kong style) was quite dry compared to usual. Has it changed hands? Shame as it was our favourite!

Massively overpriced tiny bits of chicken in the chicken balls with huge amounts of batter salt and pepper chicken was nice but all other dishes bang average and again stupid expensive for what you get won’t be using again

I ordered for me and my family tonight not only did I have to ring and see where are delivery was. They rung me and said they already delivered it to someone at are address and it definitely wasn't us so not only did someone get a free Chinese we lost out on money as not getting it back either when we didn't even receive it SO NO ONE USE LUCKY HOUSE NOT ONLY LOSE MONEY YOU DONT GER YOUR FOOD EITHER ???
