We have recently stopped at the whitstaple Premier inn AGAIN! We had to book an Extra night thanks to the train strike! Like previous stay all most faultless! Only niggle, room gets a bit hot during the night even with window open! Otherwise fabulous! I can’t speak highly enough about your wonderful beds! Didn’t want to get out of it!? And the Breakfast absolutely great value! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!
A lovely hote, l but one problem on our first night was the continual noise in the room above, with floors creaking and people moving about all night. The staff were wonderful and moved us for the second night to a top floor room. We are waiting to hear from Premier Inn regarding the ‘Good Night’ guarantee.
The room was extremely hot even during the night when the outside temperature was around 12c. The window only opens a few centimetres (less than a couple of Inches) and the heat was so uncomfortable that we didn't get much sleep. The thermostat in the room read 27c. I do understand the H&S reason behind the windows not opening too wide but with a couple of Inches more it would still be safe and a bit of fresh air would be allowed in the room. Giancarlo & Dorota
