Excellent service today from accrington farm foods staff. I am disabled and I asked if someone could help me get some tuna and dog food. The person got the items I needed ,whilst I waited at the checkout and then she asked the girl on the till to put them in my car. Greatly appreciated.

Sadly the shopping experience today was quite disappointing, its been awhile since i been to Farmfoods, i couldnt get what i wanted today, wbich was a small jar of Nescafe and some Birdseye cod fillets in breadcrumbs although they did Youngs as far as the fish went and some 3 in one Nescafe sachets, i expect its the sign of the times.Nice big store throughEveryone needs to be mindful on that carpark as far as being on foot is concerned, a bit dangerous in the dark evenings.Maybe i would go again sometime.

The building layout is not the best and its a little grim. Bargins can be had, but their own brand foods are pretty awful in my humble opinion.

I was really happy to have a lot of help from the lady on the checkout this morning...She was very friendly and patient and packed all my stuff for me. Also the other members of staff were very helpful when I was looking for particular items. All in all will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
