This must now be the worstFood: Never have milkshakes or hot chocolate. There is a promotional hot chocolate that you can't order.Service: The click & serve bit is always full of empty cars or delivery driversAtmosphere: Mcdonald people vaping inside and staff not saying anything to them.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, people vaping inside the restaurant, it's not a safe place or good place for children with breathing problems.

Very long wait, rubbish food! Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Went through the drive through at about 10.30. Ordered 2 of the new cheesy big tasty. One with no onions. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes, nobody spoke to us. Eventually had the food given to us, I'd ordered large but had just been given regular, hey I understand it was just a mistake and I was told I'd only ordered regular, no problem but it would have been nice to have had an offer to sort it out. Parked up in their carpark, fries were absolutely stone cold, and had obviously been waiting 30 minutes, too. I'd ordered one big tasty with no onions, but it had bits of onion on it. Obviously, the person who made it accidentally put onion on then tried to remove it. The other big tasty they'd forgot to put the salad on. There was no offer of sauce even though we'd bought a cheese melt share box. Couldn't go back to complain unless we queued to go through the dive through again as main doors were locked.

Ordered Big Mac, big and cheesy meal, vanilla milkshake and chocolate milkshake. Only received Big Mac and Big and Cheesy without the chips. Tried to contact McDonald's but line was busy, probably with other dissatisfied customers.

Drive thru service was very slow and unprofessional no hello no thanks drinks were half the cups and staff was unpleasant and was keep saying I can't i can't even though the food is cold and drinks were half empty. Manager was good who luckily was there to help normally no Manager for service. The main part they never have milkshake.

Ignorant clever mouthed kids taking your order who don't listen to what you have told them but go blindly rabbiting on about going large and would you like anything else but cannot even repeat your order back to you , no manners no please and thank yous no hellos and am glad I have stopped spending my hard earned money in there.

Wouldn't really say it's inconsistent. You're experience here is usually dependent on the time of day you order food, mood of the staff, and whether the food is fresh.

Far and away the best McDonald's in the whole of Accrington.Exquisite burgers, side orders and desserts. On my most recent visit though, I opted for the Filet-o-Fish:  A succulent fillet of wild-caught Alaskan pollock, lightly coated in a crisp, golden tempura batter, topped with a tangy tartar sauce and a slice of melted cheese (an unusual variety, possibly Belgian), served on a soft, toasted steamed bun. This was accompanied by a side of thinly-cut fries, doubtless made from fresh potatoes and cooked to perfection in rapeseed oil. A classic.A wide range of carbonated and chilled beverages is available, as well as tea and freshly-brewed Arabica coffee. I chose Sprite without ice, a sparkling and refreshing beverage, made with natural flavours of lemon and lime, and sweetened to perfection. A perfect balance of crispness and sweetness, that quenched my thirst and invigorated my palate.I followed this with a McFlurry: an elegant, bespoke paper dish filled with creamy vanilla soft-serve dairy ice cream, swirled with a choice of crunchy toppings - I chose Oreo cookies. This dish was a rich, indulgent and satisfying treat. The décor is stunning in bright, shiny, man-made materials, almost out of place for the town.Dress code casual, although I did notice many of the customers were real trendsetters, a fascinating subculture of British society with colourful and distinctive fashion choices,

Dearer than other MacDs for meal deal. Wanted 10 p for ketchup. Surly surfaced staff. Going to drive a bit further to Clitheroe, which is totally the opposite.
