“We went for Sunday lunch, and as they were promoting Xmas, our roast dinner became a Xmas dinner, complete with a cracker. My husband had beef with horseradish sauce, and I had turkey with cranberry sauce, Along with parsnips, roast and mash potatoes, sausage,sprouts, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage and a Yorkshire pudding. A really delicious meal, thanks to Sian and Danny. We then had Xmas pudding with custard and a melted chocolate Xmas tree design on the plate. That was so tasty too. We finished with a decaffeinated coffee and cappuccino finished with an acorn design. Thanks, Anna, Beth and Kieron for a great dinnertime. If that was a promotional dinner, Xmas dinner will be brilliant. A relaxing, friendly place to eat at any time with wonderful helpful staff. Thanks all.”

“My son wanted to give this place a try so we booked a pre-footy match dinner on Saturday night. I took my Burnley mad grandson along too. It did not disappoint, the venue is very well appointed, the drinks and food are excellent, service is great and prices reasonable. I like it! Brnley lost 1-0 to Manchester United but the dinner helped make up for the loss. Three of us had steak dinners and each plate was cooked to order and were pretty much perfect. What's not to like?”

“I only popped in for directions but the staff and a local having a pint were very pleasant, seems like a traditional home from home pub, down to earth drinkers pub, no problem with that, better than all these foodie pubs, selling very expensive highly inflated drinks and beers?”
