Excellent customer service from the young asian lad who works nights. He’s definitely a credit to the company.

Lovely place for fuel and food. Fuel pumps for trucks but no parking.

Fuel prices ok but shop prices were expensive

It is a quite expensive fuel station, 3p a litre dearer than local competitors and next to a busy McDonald's. So, a good chance of being wiped out by a caffeine addict in a Chelsea tractor.

In an area with a high number of covid cases, one would have thought they would act more responsibly and insisted customers wear masks inside the shop, which as I understand it is mandatory, although the staff disagreed and said there was nothing they could do about it. In the short time I was there I saw 2 separate groups all without masks enter the shop and 2 individuals and during the same time probably 10 or 12 people wearing masks, who all looks bemused as to why nobody was questioning those without masks. As I said to the manager, if customers don't feel safe, they will just shop elsewhere as I intend to, but an organisation such as Shell should be seen to be leading the way in customer safety.

Really pleasant and efficient staff. Thank you for what you do.
Ah the gold star of fuel station. Couryards covered in Audi and BMW. The premium diesel gets me 6 metres further per gallon so defo worth the £4 per litre. Only giving 4 stars as it's not Tesco

Smells like a zoo in shop

Two words. Price and Gouging. 2.38 for milk? Talk about cynically exploiting people during a reccession!!!

Everything costs twice what it does at the shop up the road.
