Food delivered 40minutes late and when it turned up food was cold and chicken dry. Items missing from my order and when contacted they didn't seem to care. Won't be ordering again stay well clear.

Don’t bother ordering unless you lien spending money and not receiving food! Called 6 times every half hour to say my food was on its way and it wasn’t! Absolute shambles of a business

The food was quite nice although the chicken burger was very dry, The real problem is with the collection time - was told ready at 19:25 however I waited in the takeaway for 55 minutes, didn’t pick up until 20:20, absolutely atrocious! no sort of compensation and forgot the cheese garlic pizza - good job I checked before I left! Really disappointed, almost an hour waiting past the collection time in the takeaway is just a night ruiner.

Ordered food on UberEats. Sent wrong items so I called them to be told I apparently didn't place an order even though i have a receipt from them. Refused to do anything n just told me I was wrong. Never using them again.
WORST FRIED CHICKED I’VE EVER HAD , GREASY , SOGGY AND TASTELESS.I requested Chilli and Garlic sauce when I spoke to the Guy on the phone , order arrived without , when I called to query about the sauces the guy blatantly lied and said I hadn’t ordered any ! I WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID THIS PLACE I ?

I ordered food last night The chips wasn’t very good. The chips was a bit cold and the burger was overcooked. I didn’t eat it. I am not going to order jump works again. They used to be good but not anymore.

Used to be ok this place.Not anymore and they don't particularly care about actually leaving you with any satisfaction what so ever.Long wait time brought food that had been left to one side they had obviously forgot about for ages. No chips with the meal told they will come separate when ready. Ok... Not overly bothered but the meals given were Luke warm.Trampoline times only an hour, nearly time to go so asked if they would refund it. Guy from the kitchen turned turned angry, threw the food in the bin, basically chucked it in as hard as he could in anger and only offered 50% refund because I'd took a bite out of the burger.Used to be decent, it's a shame. Explained my telephone orders are hot this is cold and I'm here in your actual take away....Wouldn't take the 50% that's just rude af and his attitude is shocking. Don't bother, go elsewhere. I can take people making mistakes, but own your mistake apologise being rude and angry will just lose you customersAlso while writing this up I get to sit here look over and he's stood around giving the death eyes ? ok then.
