The food is okay but the customer service is shocking. We have been ordering regularly but I'm still waiting for my £21 back as on our last order my son had already paid online. I'm not letting this go. I'll ring up everyday if needs must. AVOID YANKEEZ SHOCKING PEOPLE. I'm still waiting for my money back I'll be reporting them soon.

Disappointing Takeaway ExperienceI recently ordered from here and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had ordered masala fish with chips and 1/2 peri peri chicken with naan. However, the naan was replaced with chips without any prior notice.To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant multiple times regarding the issue, their response was consistently disappointing. They assured me that the correct item would be sent and claimed it was "on the way," but it never arrived.The lack of communication and failure to rectify the mistake reflected poorly on their customer service. Overall, a frustrating experience that significantly impacted my enjoyment of the meal.

Awful customer service, keep changing prices, they lie about the toppings. I wanted prawns but gave me tuna, when questioned, said they dont do prawns. Thry put fone down before u finish

?? Very disappointing experience. I ordered a masala fish with chips and a pizza, but instead of the masala fish, I received a battered fish. Even though the website showed Ben and Jerry's for £0, it was missing from my order. When I contacted customer service, they simply blamed it on a system issue. Not only was the food not what I ordered, but the customer service was unhelpful. To top it off, the manager's attitude was disappointing. Overall, a bad experience. I do not recommend this place.
