Table booked for 12.30. Waited to be seated, it was busy. However, despite approaching the counter where 2 staff were, no one acknowledged our presence, even to say they would be with us. When they finally did, the table wasn't ready, so we offered to sit outside with a coffee . The food was very good, and when we were seated, the service was good.Kid-friendliness: Children welcome. Also dog friendly.

First visit to planks kitchen. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy loved it. We had deli dishes and chicken mayo on bagels. Lovely interior friendly staff. Nowhere quite like here.New favourite place to go. Can't wait to return .Amazing.Parking: Large carpark

Great place to look around as we are interested in reclamation so the cafe is an extra bonus & the food was amazing the staff very cheerful it was a good day out . My son-in-law is gluton intolerance but didn't notice anything on the menu but he wasn't with us this time.Parking: Lots of parking it wasn't an issue but not sure what it would be like in summer.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a great entrance way to the back of the buildings with a slope & the doorway is extra wide .

Had a lovely fresh brunch at this kitchen cafe . It’s very clean and the food is all home made and mostly healthy apart from the cakes but eh .. a cake is always a treat . Will definitely come back. Staff are helpful and friendly.
