My friend and I visited for a meal on a busy xmas Saturday night last weekend and although we had pre-booked there was a mix up and we weren't in the system. After sorting us a spot in the restaurant the manager (Michael) went above and beyond to look after us and we had a lovely meal and a great night. Finally paid a visit since the refurb, pleasant & warm welcome. We both had the pie option & it was delicious, lovely table by the fire & the atmosphere around the bar seemed lovely. The decor & ambience is exactly what’s needed around these villages. Well done to you.

Food is absolutely amazing!! Brilliant visit to the Plough! Highly recommend the Tempura King Prawns, the sweetcorn fritters and the mixed grill. Every bit of them was delicious! Lisa was lovely and really attentive. Can’t recommend the Plough enough!
