First of all, I went through the takeaway so can't comment on the atmosphere but it was great in my car !The food was hot, quick and very tasty.The staff were very welcoming and cheerful even though they were busy.What else can I say other than 100% better than 'that other fast food burger chain'

The staff here are friendly, and the food is good too. My only small issue is the speed of service can be slow, no fault of the staff, just can get busy and unable to handle the many orders being thrown at them at a time.Parking: Limited parking spaces.

Clean, quick service, food was OK, my daughter got the double bacon cheeseburger that looked nothing like was advertised on the board. The bacon on the board looked cooked on the grill, but the bacon she received was lucky to have seen a microwave. Poor. Kids mouthing off, foul language, yet even though there were young children in there they didn't seem to want to tell them to stop being disrespectful. My daughter is 14, but there was a child in there about 5 years old. Seriously, you need to say something to make it a comfortable place to eat. You've got your your money, you don't care.

I don't know what possessed me, probably the fact I was starving. Won't make that mistake again. The onion rings had never seen an onion, basically just batter & cold. The burger was just luke warm. The staff were miserable. Definitely won't be going back.

I ordered off just eat, but when the order arrived it was missing most of the food. When i rang Blackburn burger king i was told that if i wanted my food i had to go and get it myself, even though i had paid for delivery. The man on the phone then said i had hung up on him and proceeded to call me to the manager who then started calling me again, making comments in regards to me giving my children burger king for their tea! This continued for about 5/7 minutes all the while i am still on the phone listening to all this, along with my children who got very upset at hearing these people abuse their mother! I was livid and so decided to let them know in person just what i thought at there comments and abusive behaviour towards a customer. I can a sure you, they did not like me going in to confront them. I have since be trying to find a contact number for the region manager, or anything where i can talk to someone about this. But it seems you cant put complaints in about burger king! That is vile and disgusting behaviour from staff and the assistant manager. I recommended people do not bother to keep these people in jobs and if that is how burger king allows its customers to be treated like that, i will be ensuring that this review goes on every site i can possibly find along with just eat who get a bad name by having these companies on there list.

Actually really enjoyed going to the conveniently located Burger King.As always you get what you pay for, so don't mind paying a little extra compared to other similar brands. Because it's so much better!Friendly staff whom served us. Whom politely when we ordered says it was going to be a 5 min wait as it will be cooked fresh ...to us that's ideal.Nice clean restaurant

Sat in last night never been to this one it was just a whim where I fancied a burger. The burger was tiny but ok the chips were dry though. The toilets had feces smeared at the back.The Staff all having loud conversations to where absolutely everyone could hear.Woman with the head peace on seriously was so loud and I’m sorry but looked like she needed a good wash her personal hygiene didn’t look up to scratch her hair was all over and scraggy I was hopin and watching she wasn’t near my food. The lady who was putting food out looked like she didn’t care and shuvved everything in a bag even after we ordered to eat in and her tone when speaking she didn’t want to be there. the tables looked dirty definitely will not be going again. I think that experience has completely put me off

As with a lot of so-called fast food outlets these days, the priority is always with the food home delivery partners. For that reason the wait for in restaurant food is far too long on many occasions.
