“Been waiting for 1 year for this place to open, came long time ago and was told opening soon, 1 year went past and now you are open i am happy :pThe place is very nice indeed, has good decor, its still ongoing refurbishment from what i can tell, i think maybe restuarant or pool table rooms are going in from what it looks like, should be cool to see what happens in the near future, wish you all the best on that.The staff are very friendly, however this is also the reason for 1 star down, as it wasn't busy and the service wasnt there to be honest, it took nearly 10 minutes of waiting just to order a drink, another 10 minutes just to get the drink, and no staff could be seen for long time always until familiar faces came in and then the staff member stayed on the floor all the time. This isnt how a shisha lounge should operate especially a brand new one, but it is something to be improved on. Same with food timing very slow, one scoop of icecream took around 10 minutes too, i don't know whats happening behind the scenes so hopefully it can all be sorted because this place could thrive really well, its in a really good spot, its beautiful inside, you have a outdoor style shisha cafe in blackburn who wouldn't wanna come.Also please give fresh coke cola next time ;)i'll let you off this time :pI think i have been very generous with the rating as i have given benefit of the doubt as this is a new business and these things will happen but can be easily corrected.Thanks for having us i will be back in future hopefully all these things will be improved upon and business will be thriving.”

“Good Coffee. Staff nice friendly which is a mood boost , but one can be unsmiling i put it down to tiredness but it does put me off abit. I had a muffin it had no taste to it which was disappointing.”
