Negative energy promotes negative feedback.A male barista made a drink that I did not order and took an offence at me politely saying that it wasn't something that I ordered. Worst hot cho I have drank way to much syrup it was undrinkable left it for the bin I get a cost hot chocolate every week and this is by far the worst ever. And the insulin it cost £4.35 for s@&

Amazing service from Jenna and the young man ( sorry I forgot your name ) had the mango frappe which was delicious and a beautiful banana bread slice.Service was friendly and we was made to feel very welcome.They helped.when we had issues with the app .It was very clean and smelt fresh when we arrived.They really are a credit to your company.Will definitely return very soon..Best Costa by far A*******
Amazing service from Jennah and Jamie ( I think that was his name. Apologies if not) I had a tropical mango fappe and a slice of carrot cake which was absolutely delicious as always. Would definitely recommend both. Will definitely be back very soon. They are a credit to your company.

The coffee at Costa is always good but always priced with people who have more money than sense in mind - that's why normal people like me only go there occasionally as a special treat.I also had a slice of lemon and blueberry ripple cake, which was almost to die for (and at nearly 600 calories per slice, it actually might kill you, but you'd die fairly happy ?). But just like the coffee, it's damnebly expensive.I might be being unfair, only giving 3 stars for the service. The lad doing the service did an admirable and spot on accurate job, as well as being more polite than a servant on Downton. Trouble was that he was on his own, which obviously isn't his fault it's the fault of Costa.As for the atmosphere, this has to be the 2nd most uncomfortable Costa I have ever experienced - the most uncomfortable being the one in the Mall in Blackburn town centre.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly on account of being too small with the tables too close together - I would estimate that the chances of a child accidentally getting scalded by a hot drink would be quite high.

Wanted a hot choc and a GF ? cookie. Got the hot chic but nothing at all available for GF. Used bathroom and it was filthy. Won't be using this place again.
