Purchased a mozzarella & tomato panini and a bacon roll, the server did ask if both could be cooked together, I did say if they can be done together why not , when the sandwiche came the mozzarella was still cold, they re-heated the sandwiche- this time the panini had a slight crispy outter, this I like - yet the cheese still was cold.Omg Iv turned into a right grump! Being typically English Iv left it on my plate without saying anymoreThis is my only negative after coming here for years

Was really nice staff were great how ever the old woman shoplifting from costa spoilled what was a nice morning out with my Daughterin law and GrandsonParking: Easy parking had disabled spots for thoes who require them no problems parking at allKid-friendliness: Had plenty of safe high chairs for small children available

Food an coffees are on point. I have my go to cappucino with a shot of vanilla or caramel syrup.Very lovely seating area and also got a toastie and chocolate muffin for my daughter.Food an drinks both fresh lovely place to sit down an relax.

They never have my first choice. Today I asked for a mango n passion fruit cooler and no joy! Why can’t they get their stock in order.

Can be a great place but do have one or two bad staff that can not get there job as helping the customer. I just ask them to make my coffee the exact same way a always have it but every now and then they will try to charge me extra because I ask them to push a different button on the machine because I like my coffee strong not more coffee same amount but strong percolation time most of them all understand but some no lol.
