Absolutely shocking!! Beware!Ordered at 17:30pm! For food to be delivered at 19:00pm as my children go to bed at 19:45pm, food STILL hadn’t come at 20:30pm!I rang three times in this time only to be told each time the order had only just got to them and they will make it now and will be another 30-50 minutes, on top of the time I had already waited! Instead of saying we will refund you they started to get funny! If you have all night to wait for your food then this is the right place because it will take them all night to get it to you and leave your kids starving!! Shocking!! And Hassan who works here was very unhelpful! Do not recommend!

Ordered from Uber Eats just one milkshake and waffle, the order took 1 hour 20 minutes to come, I had to ring after an hour to find out what was going on.The milkshake was sickly sweet & the waffle was soggy and tasteless, literally tasted like plain soggy bread!Appalling .

Waited 50 minutes for my food and drink order to come. Watched my friends food to be eaten before me! Customer service was not great. The coal on the sheesha was not changed unless told the staff to. Wouldn't recommened this place. ???

I mean among the best in the UK hence been in lots of shisha places!!! Ive been always into double apple but recently going there for the blueberry Rasberry mix which is absolutely amazing ❤️❤️. Their Virgie pizza ? my favourite as well ... Wish I could make place as nice as this xxx

Shisha was very decent, lost one star due to lack of any service which by looking at other reviews seems to be a common theme. Hopefully they improve on that as its pretty decent, also one thing my cousin said was why was it so damn bright in there haha, this is the only shisha lounge that is lit up bright rather than lowered lighting
Nice desserts and nice shishas. Good vibe although we're sat under the mega outdoor heater which was giving us a tan! Staff kindly lowered the heat once asked.

The worst and slowest customer service in Blackburn.Went in late 1am it was empty made a simple order for two desserts, 45 mins later no dessert went to the counter only to find out it was made but left at the back. Obviously the hot desserts were ice cold now so asked to remake only to be told 10 mins later no waffle mixture. Never seen anything run so cluelessly before the kitchen might aswell have been empty and I would’ve got better service.

Service is absolutely awful. 0/10. Delivery is always later than what they say. Ok fine. If the foods good I don’t care. I ordered a Parmesan they gave me a pizza instead. Driver came back to collect it and said he’ll bring me my Parmesan. It came ONE HOUR LATER. When I rang to ask where it is they said they were making it fresh. No apologies, no offer to say, you know what, it’s your family meal. Your family/friends have all eaten their food. You’re going to sit there and eat alone now because we didn’t make your food. No empathy or consideration that they missed something out and on top of that, sent it one hour late. Absolute awful service. Food has gone downhill too. Maybe the chicken supplier has changed but the chicken was not nice. In the Parmesan or the burger. Used to be a regular, will probably never order again. Thanks
