Order is never right. Can't pay by card at the till or at the drive through.Workers really rude. Had me waiting 30 min for my order when it wasn't busy at all. Food was cold.

What a MASSIVE disappointment.I ordered a mega bucket for one with chilli and mayo dip. And drink received a bucket of boneless chicken. (I don't like boneless chicken)Without the dip or drink.

Food was great & tasty however the staff seemed more preoccupied with chatting to each other than serving, to me they were great to the customer in front of me they were awful, not very helpful at all when she was trying to sort out her food for herself & young daughter, instead of being helpful & suggesting different items they were happy to just turn away & roll their eyes. Not that standard of customer service I expect.

Order 2 piece meal, fries, gravy and 2 corn, got 2 drumsticks, no breast, they had no corn, gravy was a congealed cold blob in a tub!! Everything just luckwarm, bordering on cold, yuk! Sort this branch out, it's not the first time I've had a rubbish meal here, never using again!

Our food was cold, I had to go back for missing food, the hot wings were tiny ant app wouldn't work, took over 30 minutes to order food. Lot of money, for such poor food.
The chicken was dripping with oilCouldnt eat the drumstick because it was very cold while the other piece was hot and dripping with oilEnded up eating chips onlyCouldnt be bothered to go in and complain coz it was snowing on the day
