Cant beat old school chocklate cake and mint custard from here only place that does it

Came in last week and waffle was atrocious. It was like the waffle came out the fridge and warmed it up in the microwave. Also found a hair in the food as shown in the picture?. The cookie dough however was decent as i had told them to make it good due to my complaint. Do not recommend!! Marhaba is much better.Wheelchair accessibility: Very bad wheel chair access and one of the doors are not in use. TERRIBLE!

Stale, old freezer burnt desserts. Disgusting and rude service. Standing over you and staring at you like you are gonna steal the ice cream that is behind the screen! Wouldn't return even if it was free. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered pancakes and got absolutely raw pancakes which were slapped together with some drizzled chocolate and strawberries cut in big halves. Very disappointed.

Overpriced. Small portions. Cake is really small and they upped price to £3.50. not good at all anymore. Used to be good but have new owners now and it's going downhill.

Got the back to school dessert of chocolate cake with mint custard. The cake was not fresh at all and was dry. The mint custard on the other hand was nice

Had to wait for 30 mins after my mate was served for my own order. The waiter said 'the guy forgot about your order' when I asked when they will serve my order

Very disappointing service and products ordered Raspberry ripple Milkshake, unfortunately only thing i could taste was Vanille ice cream, would not recommend & we waited 30 mins for waffle order

Reasonable priced milkshakes but was dissapointed with the falooda glass as I alerted ? the staff in regards to the big chip on glass bowl falooda came in and response was slow as to say I dont no what to do until I reminded them it's a accident waiting to happen as some people finish off the final bits by drinking out of bowl ? and the chip can certainly give u a nasty cut. So in future u should check items prior to serving in them. Also the apple pie staff was dissapointed as it was awful truth be told rest of items was good just pay attention to detail overall 6 out 10
