Food is always lovely and hot. Staff are really pleasant! Been going here for many years and never had a reason to complain.

Food was ordered, Singapore fried rice and within 10 minutes sorted .Wow .....no taste ,no flavour and certainly no hot .Will not be going back again ..pity .....Rays looks closed all the time ..extremely good ?.

Been going for years service is always the best!!! Today I ordered they dropped my order of and I had forgotten an item to add on I rang back and they sent it out straight away. Food is always the best, meat is always cooked properly and food always taste amazing. Staff are always dead friendly and helpful.

Visited with a friend who was treating us to a Chinese on Christmas eve ordered food when we arrived we knew we would have to wait awhile for hot food (not a problem) asked if all was there what we ordered told it was. food was already in a plastic bag so cash was paid it wasn't till we got home that some of the food was missing I think to much was going on behind the counter or whether other people's orders got mixed up I don't know BUT the food really wasn't very good anyway won't be going again

CRITICAL, FOOD HYGIENE IS OUTRAGEOUS!!It's not about the food taste although you can receive reheated food which doesn't taste nice. The only thing that has put me off from going here is the staff.The young girls that Mai is hiring should NOT be wearing false nails and false eye lashes as they pose a contamination hazard for the food. Instead they should wear gloves and remove their fake eyelashes. The Food Standards Agency guidelines say that nails should be trimmed, cleaned, filed, and regularly maintained for clean food handling, also food employee may wear artificial nails or fingernail polish ONLY IF they also wear gloves that are clean and in good condition. Mai don't follow this as I have seen for myself. Non of the staff wear hair nets. The young girls who have very long hair just let it dangle down where food is prepared which isn't acceptable.Otherwise if Mai follows this process it would make hygiene more better and make their customers feel better about eating food from there. At the moment seeing what I saw have put me off this place for a long time.

Sweet & sour chicken crispy seaweed and egg fried rice and plain rice. Only 4 stars because rice was overcooked but the rest was brilliant

A very varied menu, and reasonably priced. We'll except for fish and chips at £8.10. Not really worth it.The food was nice but not great, and portion size was enough for two people , I thought.They do Chinese and curry as well, it's popular but I have eaten better.

Crispy chilli beef was more like crispy chilli flour. Couldn’t taste any beef whatsoever, sauce was at an unacceptable consistency, so runny. I’d like to say the egg fried rice saved the dish with intense flavour but yet again it was limited and almost tasted as though it had been frozen which is just ridiculous. Only thing that gives this place 1 star is the salt and pepper chips which still weren’t good enough being soggy and floppy. Overall it’s an experience I’m wanting to forget.

Never had a bad meal , just had my king prawn in chilli sauce and boiled rice. Delivered quicker than they said and was delicious! The peppers still crunchy and the prawns perfect! How many restaurants served me prawns like rubber but not mai s! Portions large so have 2 meals for the price of one! Whatever you ve heard about reheating rice is rubbish! I've reheated rice 3 to 4 times for decades, let it go cold put it in the fridge had it the next day and I'm still alive! Delivery men always polite and nice! If you have the money all ready they can get on with their deliveries quicker!! Thanks for a delicious supper!!!
