Not often, I would give a McDonald's 5 stars, but this one was great, quick, got the order right first time, and it was lovely and fresh and hot. Well done, guys!

I'm glad they haven't had the new refit yet. Such a better environment than the new ones . The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

Absolutely shocking service tonight from the staff. I ordered a just eat delivery, when it arrived we had some items missing. I couldn't let family members go without food, so we drove down to McDonald's, I explained the situation to a member of staff who just said "oh right" and charged me for the food, when I picked the food up there was no thank you or acknowledgement from another member of staff who was clearly in a supervisory role.I paid for delivery so I did not have to drive for the food, that I ended up doing anyway, and my food was then cold when I returned home.We often use McDonald's whitebirk, but tonight I was very disappointed.

Went through drive though on way to cinema ordered food and they didn't put the burgers in bag useless calling then as don't pick up phone will be making a formul complaint food cold

First visit and a very positive experience. Sent a McDonald's birthday offer, I could not use it due to IT complications. The kindly manager sorted it out with a bit of lateral thinking. We also had two meals here and used the table delivery service. Another lovely staff member brought our order and was genuinely happy to help.Vegetarian options: Not the obvious choice for vegetarian or vegan food, but a couple of choices and all very nice.
Full of Justeat drivers which slowed down normal orders. We could see our food getting cold while the staff filled the big orange bags full of deliveries.Parking: Little parking. Just eat drivers filled the disabled parking and when confronted replied in a foreign language
