0/5 Stars,Worst Nando’s Customer Service, The Managers need sacking they couldn’t care less about the service and quality of food they are providing it’s like a wild circus full of docile animals as staff.As a local business nearby we will always de-recommend this place to our fellow customers who are always on the look out for eatery spots nearby, this review comes after our 3rd and final terrible experience both in store and when ordering online.Avoid at all costs this place puts the Nando’s name to shame, If your after a Nando’s it would be a lot more worth while travelling all the way to Manchester and you will probably still get your meal quicker than you will be served here!
The girl at the reception was extremely rude & had a very abrupt tone. She gave us a seat where passersby were actually kicking my husband's chair every other minute due to lack of space. When we requested her to change our seat though there were 2 empty tables she said this is where you can sit or leave. Our food arrived after 40 minutes of us placing the order. My husband lost his cool at her arrogance but did not swear at her. She lied he swore but he was just annoyed at her behavior. She asked us to leave we left our food on the table & left. This is the nature of service the staff is offering. Very very unpleasant experience. Very upset at this lady's behavior. Possibly she was stressed but she cannot succumb to misconduct under stress.

Last night been to blackburn nandos branch with my family. We were sitting on the table and the manager came to us and mentioned we are not in waiting list and need to wait 40 minutes which I agreed but he said to me he is not allowing me to wait and will not serve. I believe that he didn't serve us because of our race. Very disgusting will never ever go to nandos again.
