Got large veg pizza nd cheese burger and chips they didnt hav veg burger told him before about the previous order not much filling in pizza tasted like magherita pizza had to repeat so many times with the order got dry stone cold like it was made 2hrs before never again from this place its nothing like before most of all very poor customer service the person was very rude!

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Cold, dry, nasty food. Nothing compared to the great food they used to provide many years ago. That chicken was not made fresh on the hot grill or plate. Probably from hours earlier left dry out in the container.

Don't order through the website Google gives you! It's ran through food hub. The takeaway came 2 hours after the order was placed I rung the takeaway and was told itd be only 10 mins til j get the order to which it didn't arrive for another 30+ minutes! I asked for a refund as I no longer wanted the food and they advise me that I needed to request it through food hub which I did to then be told the takeaway had lied about the delivery time and declined the refund. The food arrived cold wet n soggy but dw if you order it through uber eats you'll have no problem as my brother did 10 minutes before placing my order & his arrived perfectly fine in a normal amount of time??✨️

This place is possibly the worst takeaway in Blackburn. Customer service is appalling and they are completely untrustworthy.We placed an order via Just Eat for circa £85 worth of pizza as we were having a party. As it was a group of people we collected cash to pay for the food, the order was placed and accepted.40 minutes later the order was cancelled stating that they had tried to call us, but nobody had. We called the takeaway and explained we had a large group of people waiting for food and questioning why the order was cancelled with no notice. He explained he thought that the order was a hoax so he just cancelled it and confirmed he hadn’t tried to call us and cancelled purely on suspicion.We reassured him the order wasn’t a hoax and he said he would have to send someone out to collect the money to be sure. He did, and a drive arrived 10 minutes after the call and took away the cash, he explained the food would be there in another 20 minutes.2.5 hours pass and multiple phone calls with the same message of “he is on his way” the food finally showed up. A number of our guests left as they had waited too long for food so half of the pizza ended up in the bin and people out of pocket!Considering how untrustworthy they are of their customers it’s begs the question of how trustworthy they are? Asked for the manager/ owner to call and nobody bothered. Not even so much as an apology when the food arrived.Never again - AVOID!
The food was amazing. Asian style pizza meal was really good and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend

Garlic bread selling for free are they playing with us???? Charging garlic bread and even more and still they're saying garlic bread is for free. Never going to order from these scamers
