Old Mill Hill Chippy is a great place to get a tasty meal at an affordable price, the staff are very friendly and I've enjoyed their food every time I've gone. I recommend them to anyone who wants a nice bit of fish and chips or a battered sausage. Get yourself down there!

I've had to change the review to 3 stars. Still probably the best chippy in Lancashire for taste but the portions have shrunk while the prices have gone up. I understand things are more expensive but the portions of chips are half what they were. There is no value anymore. People at work were still hungry after finishing a meal.We've had to find a new chippy with better value.SorryWe've all been hit hard by the cost of living crisis but its 1 or the other, half the chips for twice the price doesnt work.You run a great chippy, not arguing with that, I understand prices need to go up as costs increase but to half the amount of chips in a portion as well as doubling the price cant be right?

First time here, ordered fish, meat pie, x2 large chips, gravy and 2 teacakes, got home to find no pie... Food fantastic but didn't get the whole order
