My recent visit to Pizza Hut after a round of bowling was nothing short of fantastic. If I could leave a 0 Star I would do that. Literally just went here with my Wife for lunch, it opens at 11:30, granted we got here at 11:33 and the doors were locked but all the lights were on inside and out and a 'We're Open' sign on the door. My Wife rang them and a girl answered, my Wife asked if they're open and the girl replied Yes, my Wife said 'oh, well your door is locked'? Girl replied 'oh Sorry we didn't realise, we'll open it'. 10 mins later Still no one's opened it so we drove off to spend our money elsewhere, definitely Won't be returning!!!

Today I popped into pizza hut for the buffet however once ordered I had to ask for a glass for the drinks then we had to wait for approx 10 minutes for pizzas to come out, once we had eaten some it was very slow for some more to come out then when they did they were just the same as the previous ones then the same again. In all it was very poor quality and service.

Used the o2 codes first for kids meals then meerkat code for adults so was really worth the money. The staff are always so helpful and friendly love going with kids. Even if its busy the staff are always willing to help. Always bring food nice and hot.Parking: Free parking on site

Went here for dinner today after going to the cinema next door. Food as always was brilliant, I had the buffet, would be rude not to. Service was great with everyone smiling and being very polite. Wasnt too busy and there was never an empty tray at the buffet station with plenty of choice.

I didn't stop to eat. Pizza Hut are not accepting LEGAL tender. When I asked if I could pay with cash they said no, so until they change their policy they will not get my custom.

We love it here, but prefer the personal touch and Pamela always delivers. Nothing is too much trouble and she always greets us like we are friends! Great food and we are never disappointed
£80 for two pizzas. Quality vs cost is non-existent. I would pay at most £30 for the meal offered.Much better options, save your money and go anywhere else.

Went to go to the buffet today on the doors and signs it said open but the doors were locked and there was noone to be seen. We went after 11.30 and waiting 5/10 minutes and nothing so left to go somewhere else. Was looking forward to pizza too. Not been for a while was

The food was really good. But the lady that greeted me and my family was not attentive at all. We didn't even get one smile. I don't know her name but she had a grey checked shirt on. I work in retail myself and I know first hand how first impressions mean everything. I wasn't happy with the service I got from her at the door. The second younger girl was really nice who came to ask at the table If everything was ok..she had light hair in a ponytail. She was really nice and smiley and felt like she was genuine when asking if everything was ok.
