Didn't even know this places existedService would of been 5 if applied to just the front desk unfortunately get a diet coke was like waiting for paint to dry the kids didn't seem to have a clue how to move quickly.Perfect games rooms for a little night out with friends

Visited today with a group of friends. Had booked the blue room for 3 hours which was all well and good. Shishas fine, service was okay apart from the waiter dropping 2 drinks as soon as they out them on the table. Spent £90 on just food and drinks for us to be told like we are children that a pepperoni pizza doesn’t come with actual pepperonis on it and that it’s mashed up like mash potatoes. They did ask if we wanted them to put pepperonis on top and we replied with yes. They said no sorry it’s too busy what we technically got was a margarita pizza. I then called after our visit to ask for a mashed pepperoni pizza the staff said we do not do this.

Q lounge is by far our go to place every week…the atmosphere, food and especially the friendly service is always on point and in particular Afy whose always invested in making sure everyone is comfortable and have everything they need…keep up the amazing work ??

Me and My crew we come here at least twice a week everytime we come we are met with so much love and always made to feel welcome from the food to the sheesha to the desserts everything is always on point ❤️ we've had all the girls birthdays here and I will definitely be doing my birthday there again next year because they give the best serviceWell done to you all for opening such good venture for the people of blackburn where u feel comfortable and always always made to feel welcomeWell done QVIP lounge management!!!you have the best staff always!❤️❤️❤️

Rubbish food. Ordered on uber. Ordered lemon and lime wings, came as Korean barbecue wings. Came stone cold, burnt and stale.Called the restaurant and all I got offered was free wings next time I order. Well there won't be a next time and what a waste of money. Never order from here

ORDERED CHICKEN TIKKA NAAN IT WAS DELICIOUS. APART FROM THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO OPTION ON THERE WEBSITE TO HAVE NO SAUCE. I HAD TO HAVE MAYO BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE A SAUCE.AND THAT DID SPOIL THE FOOD FOR ME.

Unfortunately come here often however the staff seem to think its ok to ignore requests of customers it was absolutely freezing cold and we asked to move but no one cared to move us over the staff who we asked said its the place your sat in not a very good customer service for paying customers, please train the staff on customer service skills

Hi Q lounge i have placed a scheduled uber order for sunday between 18.45-19.15 i really hope this time the food is not cold, and is fresh with no issues as the standard was down previously. And you are generous with the portions or will i have to ring on sunday for a reminder?
