Wouldn't even give this place a 1*!Ordered loaded chiken fries late night went in to collect and was told they never had any money in the till.So left my £20 with them and would collect my change the day after.Went the next day they used the same excuse about having no money in the till. How can you possible run a business without money in the till!So Ieft my bank details with them to transfer overWaited for a day but still not received anything.So went back in again day 3. They used the same excuse for the third time with having no money in the till. The worker was extremely rude and swearing absolutely pathetic. It's not about the money it's principal I did them a favor by leaving a £20 note to then collect change day after.

Food is great, they're improving the menu and I always come here when I want a burger. Good location, shop is always very clean. Quality is top and they have the best fries in town. They make milkshakes now, I had the Miami Vice and it was amazing.Now they do pizzas and they're incredible!!!!

It's not the first time I have ordered from this place and it's not the first time I'm disappointed as anything, I dint even take a picture this time because I did last time and nothing came of it! I ordered a milkshake that little looked like plops of something, it was all clumped up, half filled and liquidy as anything! I don't know if the driver drank it on the way or what?! My fries were cold as anything and burger was ayt. Never ever going to repeat the mistake of ordering from here again! NOT WORTH THE MONEY, the time or anything!

Best fries in town, got cheesy fries and a philly steak burger. It was all delicious and because I ordered for pick up it was all fresh. Miami vice milkshake was peng. I have ordered before and will keep ordering again. Staff has improved over time.

Fresh, great tasting food. Service was great (thank you). Seating is limited but luckily I came during a non-busy period. Staff are really friendly and welcoming :)

Absolutely disgusting service waited over an hour on Monday morning at 1 am was told by the Customer team that food will arrive in 10 minutes arrived an hour later never again!!
10/10 would recommend.I had three different burgers from here which included the chicken, beef and the Cheeto.Food arrived hot, and all of the food was accounted for.The burgers weren't greasy which is a Pluss as there's nothing worse than a greasy burger, additionally they were tasty and not dry or burnt.The reasurant confirmed address and phone number to ensure aldelivery arrived to the right address before setting off.Portion sizes good though I did get two doubles and a triple just in case!Can't fault really, could have provided some sauces but overall three happy customers!

Tried the Cheetos cheesy burger with beef and chicken and wow never had anything so good locally/ felt like I was at a fancy burger place abroad. Nice to see these modern fusions available locally. Will for sure be returning and can’t wait to try more. The menu has all sorts of moth watering stuff to try.

Ordered a spicy parmesan and a chilli cheese hotdog. The parmesan was black and burnt to a crisp (solid) inedible. Was meant to come with salad and it came with a few mouldy looking leaves. They claim the hotdog is frankfurter sausage which it wasn't. Just a bog standard cheap sausage. Meal came cold as it was way over an hour late. Excuse after excuse when I rang up. When the food finally arrived it went in the bin, only thing we kept was the can of Coke!! Never again will. I order from here. 0/10

Waited half an hour for my food, they had no orders on just staff listening to loud music. Food arrived and it was burnt, worst Parmesan I have ever had. Had one bite and left, the food was awful and will never return again .

Staying in Blackburn for a few days , two nights in a row Tennessee chicken burger and fry’s seriously good food very tasty, chicken breast perfect and fresh crunchy salad , but please try the fry’s damn not sure what’s on em but wow they’re cracking ❤️
