Called in for a quick coffee with a friend, staff were great and the coffee was nice. The seating was a little 'trendy' for me and wasn't so comfortable, but it was ok.

Not a very wide range of food, but you probably aren’t coming here for that reason, let’s be honest here. The food that they do have is sometimes not the best, but the staff attitude to customers and overall service more than makes up for this. I’ve been many many times and everyone is very kind, great with greeting people and happy to help if you have an extra question or need a quick change (preferably before they actually make the drink guys… don’t ask for changes AFTER, be prepared?).Seating is great during the colder months inside, and they have a nice outdoor section on two sides of the building cor the warmer months. This way you can have a quick sit and chill outside with a something icy to cool you down.Food places are nearby if you are interested as this is part of the “services station”, so gives you the opportunity to grab some fuel, and something to eat (do not put the petrol hose in your mouth), at the same time - with the luxury of a Starbucks “Hot Unicorn Magic Dust (with real Fairy Wings)” on the way out.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian, AND VEGAN options available, just ask them at the counter for more info or check the menu for the typical indicators that you can find on most menus.Dietary restrictions: Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Soy Milk Options for the drinks.Additionally, you can also pick a vegan food item.

I was flabbergasted to find out that it costs £4.10 fir a Grande coffee. Must be the most expensive coffee in Blackburn. Won't go there again.
Changing my review from a few years ago, it was four stars then. Not now. Staff seem uninterested, like you are bothering them expecting to be served. Choice of food limited and not that great. Americano is inconsistent, sometimes ok, sometimes not. Ideal location so should be busy, but it's not. And it's more expensive than Costa. Says it all really.

Could be a lot better here. Each time I have visited, there is rubbish everywhere! On the tables, on the floor etc. the place needs better maintenance.
