The food is served in the usual subway fashion. It would’ve got 5 stars if not for the fact that you cannot redeem Subway points here, despite it being a subway.They do advertise you can collect them though.It’d be good to display a notice saying that you cannot redeem Subway rewards points as I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for my food.

The pros : great service and advice from the staff in attendance during our visit, tasty food prepared quickly, no queue during our visit.The cons : location inside the train station, whilst practical, is not really pleasant with little natural light.

Grabbed a quick coffee & bite to eat it's a nice place but more attention needed on the tables etc bits of food & drinks left strewn all-over & it's not very warm in there to be fair

Ordered a vegan sandwhich and tuna sandwhich and was sent a bacon sandwhich? Don’t understand how you could get those mixed up. When we tried calling to resolve this mix up the call doesn’t even go through. In my opinion if you want to order something and get the complete opposite, this place is perfect for it :)

Card machine didn’t work, waited for ages my food got cold! Sandwiches tasted awful, meat and salad tasted sour/off. Toppings looked stale and bread was hard as a rock! Also staff are unwelcoming and don’t even smile… Don’t recommend

Good place. 2 times been there and never get tissues. Some staff work without exiting. I feel like I bother them. Food is delicious.

placed an order and we found hairs on the packaging of the food but we decided to leave it then ate further into the food we found hairs in the sauce of the sub, we have photographic evidence but when we complained they claimed it wasn’t theirs and refused to send a fresh order as we said we would send the other back. not impressed at all, wouldn’t recommend.

Taking full advantage of the double points offer, I thought I would buy myself a subway for work. The member of staff that served me had a scowl on her face and as she prepped my order, I could tell that she was not happy. Idk if she was having a bad day, but gosh she was making me feel bad for ordering with the way she was acting. As I paid for my meal, she walked off and did her own thing with no "thank you" or "have a nice day". I was a bit shocked and I didn't know if I could take my sandwich or not as she didn't give it to me. I stood there for a while and I asked her if I could have my receipt and she looked at me as if I asked her for a massive favour. She then walked over, went through the receipts and finally gave it to me after proceeding to walk off again. I was the only one in the store so idk why she kept walking off. Honestly not a nice experience and I think I'm better off going to the subway at the petrol station.

Shocking can't eat the food delivered as poorly wrapped squashed and the safety stickers peeled of mostly .The delivery driver had no mask .And I'll have to report to local authority on covid safety .Thanks s subway is a health risk
