Been here quite a few times when I'm working over this way and never had any issues at all, the food is always spot on and cooked how I've asked for it. It's not overpriced like most cafes are these days. The owner is a top bloke and makes the visit worth it. Can not fault the place at all. If I lived local I'd order from here every day.

Well firstly the food was top notch. Then the customer service.. the can of pop was price marked cheaper than the uber price so they included a refund with the can. Anywhere that respects the customers like this deserves patronage. Will be back that's for sure.

Excellent food very friendly staff competitively priced food excellent quality service was very quick and efficient can't recommend the original sandwich bar enough and I highly recommend the chicken salad you can thank me later lol

Usually great food and experience however not so much this timeThe original sandwich shop seemed it had bitten off more than it could chew this morning. Rude owner, never in my 28 years have I felt so belittled. It was a simple order, or so it should of been. Not once but twice did both my partner and I say there order to the gent however it seemed he was away with the busy mind of hes to listen properly. Hes rude remarks and huffing and puffing he had to sadly chuck away a tea cake due to hes own mistake then made a horrible comment that we should of got it right and that he had to chuck it away. I then felt the need to comment that I would pay for hes mistake however in a sarcastic tone told me "No its alright" I was planning on ordering another sandwich but I was put off because taking a order seemed too much for this owner to handle. I paid and said thank you after he chucked my change into my hands, that should of been the end of of it however when leaving the shop he then sarcastically said, have you got your right sandwich now? How rude?This may be only a sandwich shop however customer service in any buiness big or small should be the main focus.
