Lovely food and service, though one of our party didn't get the main course they wanted as it wasn't available,

Really beautiful food which the whole family demolished. Excellent service in a friendly manner. It’s rarely mentioned in reviews, but it was a pleasure to see the kitchen and chefs work which was really clean, efficient and resulted in amazing food. I think our chef was called Alex, brilliant food without any stress, so it appeared.Would definitely return.

During a weekend stay my family and I all had a nice meal on Saturday evening at Bella Italia. Pleased we had also booked a table as it was rather busy. The staff were friendly and service was excellent.

Nice warming atmosphere and very welcoming staff.. It’s recommended to book a table as we did, it was very busy even for mid-week. Food was piping hot and good value for money!

Fabulous meal before Peter Pan. The food was great, value good, and the young waiter amazing. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but he was all round friendly, polite and attentive.Thank you ? for a great start to our evening.

Went here, without booking they fitted us in, which was nice. Had 2 pizzas, spicy sausage pasta and calzone. All were excellent quality, done in reasonable time. GOOD PORTIONS, my pictures were taken after starting food. Lovely staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend ? ? ?

Order from here on just eat spent over £65 waited 2hrs then they cancelled the order by that time to late to order from elsewhere and having to wait for a refund. Was a number to ring but just an automated service to book and no other option to actually speak to anyone. I understand they can get busy but to have tracking all the way up to saying they cancelled after 2hrs is a bit of a joke. Just eat provides telephone numbers to the restaurants so would have been nice to get an update before hand

Food was basic , couldn't say I liked it or disliked it to be honest. But the service was abysmal. Over an hour wait for Food to be served since order made , got no apologies or explanations . Quick to fill your drinks up so they make money on that however no rush with food service or asking how things are. Don't expect a wait of over an hour to get starters.

Naomi provided excellent service. She was very efficient and attentive. Food was nice. The fries were OK, but the do need to change the oil in the chip pan!

All the food barring the risotto was great. Unfortunately, it was standard rice and lacked great flavours.Service was excellent but the food was very late coming out from the kitchen (hence the suprise with the risotto). So slow that i had a parking ticket (thought 2 hours would be enough but we were at the restaurant for just over 3 hours (only 4 of us))There were apologies for the delay but no reason provided, and were offered a discount on the bill (which didnt happen). We didn't complain as it was my daughters 13th and didn't want a bad end to the meal.

Dined on 13/08/23. Didn’t book but managed to get a table as long as we wouldn’t take longer than one and a half hours as they were busy later with reservations.Seemed reasonable so we sat down (well I wheeled in my wheelchair). We ordered starters and mains. Starters came quickly and they were nice albeit one slice of bread with bruschetta seemed a bit stingy for £6.50. Prawns were good. Mains took forever and we were continuously looking at our watches which arrived with 15 mins left in our time allowance ! . On the menu description the seafood paella had prawns, squid and mussels but on receipt had no prawns very tiny, I mean minuscule pieces of squid and a few tiny mussels (already shelled). Asked the waiter if prawns could be added and they took away and added a few cooked prawns. My pizza was cooked on top yet the dough was raw. Didn’t eat all of it and advised the waiter when asked for the bill. Kids food was okay. Waiter returned with the bill and told me they didn’t charge for my pizza. In fact the waiter was actually very good and understanding. I am surmising that as a business they have tried to do too much and wanted to take advantage of the footfall due to it being air show weekend. Unfortunately we as a family won’t try this restaurant again.
