Called in for a cuppa after an appointment at the hospital. Very busy. Excellent service, especially from Daniel. She was extremely helpful to me. Nice atmosphere. All the staff were great.

Bloody expensive. Quite disorganised. Staff don't pay attention to minor details like giving you serviettes. Rubbish all over tables at weekend everything served as takeaway articles. No normal tea for over a week. Needs a bit of management attention, quite poor operation. On the high Street this would be punished.

Just ordered 2 slices of brown toast. They were in an insulated pouch which was too small so couldn't be closed. Into the pouch was added my plastic knife and 4 packs of butter.By the time I got back to my desk the butter was hotter than the toast. It all went in the bin.I did try to call but no answer and the 'contact us' option is faulty.

Carrot cake served in/on a paper bag with a plastic fork. Toasted teacake and butter served together in a cardboard packet, making it very difficult to spread the butter as it was a melting puddle. All hot drinks served in disposable cups and water served in one-use plastic glasses. This Costa doesn't use reusable crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. as they don't have a dishwasher and haven't had one for at least a year! How can the owner of this franchise (?) justify this? The amount of waste produced in this Costa must be phenomenal, as it's a very busy cafe. I'm not sure how much waste is recycled, but all the waste from tables (that customers seem to have to clear themselves) goes into one bin, and I suspect it all then goes into a central general waste bin.Very poor Costa, you must do a lot better!

Rude staff and clearly meed a lot of training. They had 4 customers and they were making coffees gone 10minutes ago! Too busy checking their phones and chatting about things not related to work at all... but mainly rude staff and I've seem much better coffee in my days. The coffee was disgusting. If they cannot make a double espresso right they should be very worried!

Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Large white hot chocolate with cream and mallows is perfect when finished visiting

Worst Costa Coffee shop on the planet. Dirty tables, filthy floors, dust an inch think on light fittings, rude staff (throwing drinks at customers) no crockery, no cutlery, paper cups but only small ones, no decaf AND THIS IS IN A HOSPITAL FILLED WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE. Disgusting. SHUT IT DOWN.

Staff standing about talking instead of cleaning dirty cluttered tables Maybe sweep the floor occasionally Quite dirty for a hospital setting

Just fine if you have an hour to waste while queing for their overpriced average tasting coffee. the barista staff don't know where the coffee beans come from either.

This has got to be the worst Costa Cafe on the planet. Dirty floors, filthy tables, miserable staff, no crockery, no cutlery, no decaf, no large or medium paper cups, inch thick dust on light fittings AND THIS IS IN A HOSPITAL FILLED WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE. Disgusting. Should be either revamped or shut down.
