I visited Farm Foods, Waterloo Road, Blackpool on 21/2/23 with my granddaughter, who is pregnant, and her two young children both under 2. She'd received a brouchure through the door offering good discounts. As she doesn't drive I offered to take her for her monthly shop. We borrowed a twin pushchair which neither of us knew how to use but after much of a do we mastered it. It took quite a while to get around the store as one of the babies was sick and my granddaughter wasn't familiar with the store layout. We were very happy with the outcome of the shop and the customer service we received. However, you can imagine our shock when I received a fine from BPA Parking eye threatening to fine me £75 for being ten minutes over our stay? We can't afford to shop at Farm Foods again because it is impossible to do a large shop with two young children in tow, pack and pay for the shopping and then load the car with kids and shopping within one hour thirty minutes. Even if we knew how to operate the twin pushchair and didn't have a poorly child to contend with. Farm Foods and BPA Parkingeye we shopped at this store because my granddaughter is on a budget and she felt she would save money shopping at this store, however, any savings she made on her £270 shop have been completely diminished.

I had a leaflet through my door, showing the items that are doing. When I went to farmfoods a couple of days later, they didn't have any of the offers in store.

For ever moving things about so you always have to go hunting for things and there prices are getting very expensive

Plenty of choice, first time shopping in a Farmfoods and the complaint from regular customers was they keep moving where things are, this is a ploy to see if you are tempted to buy more. Heads up Farmfoods people are on tight budgets cannot spend more you just make frustrated shoppers! Not good business in my opinion. Every time you change the layout provide a map I doubt there would be as many changes then....

Good shop all on the level, good offers for Eg - 4 large Yankee Candles for £40 really good shop for filling the pantry, freezer, pet food, cleaning products, and more great helpful staff, and huge free carpark
