Faye’s was our favourite local Indian restauarant before it closed a couple of years ago. Now it is back and as good, if not better, than ever.Excellent food (I had the West Bengal Jalfrezi for my main) and very good service.Hopefully it will kick on again now especially with the wider selection of bars in Cleveleys now.Thank youRobin MacLaren

Was told when we ordered it that it would be 50 mins wait. Was fine with that, however still no food an 75 minutes later. Called up and was told another 10 mins. Food finally cane AFTER 2 HOURS. Not worth the wait, food was cold and tasteless, chips were soggy and near raw. Worst Indian takeaway ever. Wont be ordering again.

Ordered a few meals they were put on order for delivery. It was a Saturday night so it was busy. It was 30 minutes late though and had some things missing ? rang up and it took a while for them to believe what I was saying. Asked them to check with the delivery driver in case a bag was missing. Did receive a phone call from owner abd they sent some things that were missing back but it was too late I was too full from rice and the Korma I ate. Missed my garlic nan and samosas that were supposed to come free. The food was good though. But very frustrating as missed having it with my meal.

I’m going to be completely honest here. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel the need to tonight. It was mine and my partners anniversary tonight and we booked a table this morning (which we had a confirmation email later on today)We gets a taxi down and get there just before our time, and guess what?! It was shut.My partner rung them after we was told by a passerby that it had shut for renovation. My partner was answered by someone who was to be quite frank, blunt and miserable.“What do you want me to do about it” she said to my partner. We didn’t want anything done we just thought it would of been best to tell people you were closed for renovation. From first experiences it wasn’t great and to be honest it’s put us off going back, regardless of the good reviews we’ve had in the past

Me and my wife ordered yesterday and we have only just stopped going to the toilet. Probably the worse kebab I’ve ever had and the korma was Luke warm. On a positive note it’s put us off getting fast-food so we can now start to eat healthily.

Made a booking online for 6 people at 18:30 on Tuesday 16th May, was pleased when it was confirmed by email at 16:07. When we arrived, we were unable to get into the restaurant, so I called them. Man answered and said we are closed. Asked why you took my booking and confirmed via email, he just said we are closed and put the phone down. Not the best way to do business and won’t be going back.

Order was delivered late, arrived cold & items missing. Phoned to resolve & was advised that I was wrong. Outrageous customer service, appalling food & no offer to refund missing items. I will never order from this place ever again & I would advise anyone else to give this disgusting takeaway a wide berth.

Just had a korma, awful really watery and no flavour, nan bread dowy, I’ve had fayez a lot in past and was always pretty good, then it went of just eat for awhile, came back up now and it’s awful, maybe new owner or cooks. Not coming back.

Ordered a takeaway last night, the order was correct, and arrived quickly. That was as good as it got. Told the lady when ordering to knock on window, as love in flat and won't hear the door. That never happened, driver gave food to someone else!!! Luckily I retrieved it. Food was cold, and flavourless, the only thing I could taste, was the heat from the chillies. In fact the first piece of food I put in my mouth was tandoori chicken from the starter, and it was chewy (not a good start). The poppadom was smashed and burned. Even the containers wasn't full with food, the sauce pots, as small as they were, some were only 1/3 full. This came to £26 and pennies, which, for what I got was far too much! Disappointed like hell, and will never be going back!! Avoid like the plague!
