I absolutely love Iceland, pity just one checkout but I actually do get it, but I've said it once and I'll say it AGAIN, they need to sort Waterloo road in Blackpool out you can walk in and walk back out again without actually going passed the checkout, but it must work as it's been like that for years, just an observation

So much stress over 2 ice coffees. Wrong price , when I challenged was told it's definitely not that price and Called the manager which had the same attitude. When they seen the price on the shelf was what I had told them, it was reduced with no apologies. Back to the checkout now a customer kicking off at me because of Iceland error. THANK YOU FOR THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. just what you need at start of your day.
