Just visted this shambles off a place really hope a manager sees this post or area manager....just ordered a meal which when we got home our order was wrong after phoning up to complain we were spoken to abruptly as if it was our fault the child/teeenager with no experience of being able to undertake such a call needs properly to learn some manners and be customer focused after all kfc was at fault and I personally will not ever visit this branch again so kfc shame on you.

Extremely disappointedJust been through drive through and bought 3 pieces chips and gravy only to find that all 3 pieces were drumsticks not good service there should be a selection.

Ordered a delivery, but they missed my sons popcorn chicken. I phoned them to try and sort it and several times the phone was picked up and it was put on hold, couldn't even speak to anyone. Am livid. Mistakes happen but this could have easily been resolved, now this is going higher.

Lovely, clean, happy staff, and the thing that comforts me the most in the middle of winter ? It's warm in there! The gravy is always hot and never runny. ? The one negative and it's a BIG problem, especially for rice boxes and salads, is you don't provide knives or adequate forms.Parking: Only 2 free disabled bays, and 2 or 3 designated regular bays. The rest is In the Costa car park, which is restricted to 1&1/2 -2 hours, otherwise a fine is issued. This becomes somewhat problematic if you hate rushing food.
