Slow ...cold..and the refurb has just made downstairs smaller by like 85% more...busier day's and nights are coming yet..holidays etc.. .security don't even mnow the code for access tk disabled toilets.. no key access...plus the floor is still the same as it was 20 yrs ago...what a joke...I won't even bother with delivery always hard... cold...and late.. supposidly...deliveries prioritise over walk in orders regardless if u eat in or take out .. aka takeaway...and for a Saturday night even less so called staff...!! Not impressed at all..Wheelchair accessibility: Access in yes the same for the past 20 years ...out...difficult and dangerous...amenities...they are there but no access..in a timely or understanding or relatable fashion... communication as to simply ask for access to the disabled toilets...of which nobody available new the code..I do now after watching the supposed security guard attempt 4 times...for an end of shift lady come and put it in...she needs a promotion on that alone..

Right in the heart of Blackpool, opposite Coral Island. Usually busy and was on my last visit. Would be good to have additional touch screens for ordering especially after having a recent refurb. Standard McDs experience.Parking: No on street parking so main options are the open air over the road or multi storey.

Basic mcdonalds as you would expect but coming in placing you're order not getting a receipt for you're order then making them aware of it but they don't seem like they care, going upstairs sitting near by the toilets just a manifest of fruit flies, noticed when I went to get sugar for my coffee that not a single person in the kitchen was wearing a hair nets or gloves serious hygiene issue.Dietary restrictions: Meals can be deconstructed to exclude problem items however some locations make a habit of not making fresh

I ordered a wrap of the day, plain just bacon and chicken. Got on the bus and got home to realize it was a sweet chilli wrap with everything on it. It was my husband's meal and he is deathly allergic to cucumber so he had to go without. I rang up 5 times within an hour to no response. Such a disappointment ?.

Customer service is rubbish. The self service machines dont give out receipts to prove your food is the correct number. The customer service rep was shouting out the food order and not the numbers, when I went up to them they said someone took our food. I gave them feedback to say maybe actually shout out the numbers that are presented on their screens to avoid this from happening. She was abrupt and said well your food is now gone so I don't know what you want to do. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said that's fine they will make a new one for me. Absolutely rubbish customer service.Maybe you need to take other feedback from other McDonalds and use the same system they do in order to be synchonised with each other

This place is so bad the chips were cold and the manager had a go at 4 kids for asking for warmer chips and went I can’t replace these I never asked that… and my Nan was sick because of it don’t recommend going in never go there with kids they’re so horrible the manager and the shift manager and treating me like I’m worthless that McDonald’s ruined my birthday
