Worst place on earth, unhelpful poor attitude staff, food is stone cold.....a complete joke to be honest.....the manager and franchise owner should be embarrassed. No pride in thier work, obviously under paid and fed up......is that acceptable......no....

Went for table service this time food was lukewarm and brought no sauces even though they were ordered bit of a faff when I had to go to the counter to get them was asked what I had ordered even though it was the same person that brought it over.returned the fries for hot one don't like them cold then had to take big tasty back don't like the cold ones of them either .

I do like a Macky D's. I'd like it even more if they could get an order right. Just 1. Not much too ask. Every time we go. Somethings either missing or wrong. Foods ok though.

Words cannot compare to what I have just seen happen in store.A staff member with a mop mopping the wall tiles behind the coffee ice-cream and cold drinks dispenser and before that the ventilation system above. Manager observing too with a counter full of people and restaurant full too . Unfortunately I wasn't the only one to observe this . Someone turned around and walked out . Seriously health and safety firstly and food hygiene?????If I hadn't already ordered and eaten I would have rejected the food .

Made order on app on 21/01/24, didn't give us all the food. Called up, told the business manager that I was missing items, she just said come back and get it, I asked if she could drop it off she said no, but if I came back she'd sort it out. She didn't apologise and in fact took issue with the fact I used the word 's**t' when describing their service, so I had to apologise for that so she didn't hang up. So I had to drive 20 mins there and back again to get the food I came and paid for earlier, they seem to think no harm done but it wastes my time and she clearly didn't care. Not good at all.
