Not sure where to startOrdered through app just one meal a ice cream and a Big MacDelivery driver got lost but that was least of problems if the staff at Ribby rd can’t put one meal in a bag without getting it wrong then god help us I don’t know if they have a second person checking it’s right before sealing the bag but if not it might be a good idea because once it’s given to delivery driver they take responsibility for it so when there is something missing you have to deal with uber and they won’t correct your order oh no that would be to easy no you get a refund that takes up to 15 days to get back so if you want your missing item you have to re-order it and wait for that to come so you then end up with a melted milkshake cold friesFudging uselessAlso when you call the restaurant they don’t give a s#*t so just go straight to uber to complain and save time

Had to wait ages for my order, then when I did get my order the food was cold and my iced strawberry lemonade hadn't been blended properly it was all big bits of ice. (All McDonald's tend to cater for the delivery orders so when you are in the restaurant you end up waiting ages and get cold food sort it out McDonald's) ?

Took my son after work to get a burger and he said it was kinda cold and then he look at it and the patties were raw . We live kinda far from that location so I called and the phone kept saying busy . So disappointed!!

Horrible McDonald's, paid £7 for a big mac and fries, no napkins, no sauces. I asked for a couple of ketchup. The lady serving looked at me as if I'd sworn at her. Then threw 1 ketchup in the bag as though it was coming out of her wages. Staff here definitely need

Went to get our food for tea tonight as a treat for our poorly son. We went through the drive through. They take our order but get the size wrong. We order a large not a medium. We only find this out when went collect our food at the last window. It was only 40p difference that they wanted us to pay but we don't carry cash, only card, the manager actually wanted to take our card from us to take it to a different area to pay the 40p difference. Like how crazy are you?!?!? How many strangers are you willing to give your credit card to and have them disappear for god knows how long. And she was actually agitated that I refused to give her my bank card. Its actually fraud to pay for something using another person's bank card so that idiot needs sacking straight off the bat. In the end I had to rummage around the car to find odd change hiding in random places just to pay the damn 40p so we didn't have to go back around, at this point the queue was huge.The second point to make is that we got x3 mcflurrys. They only had a tiny amount of ice cream in so I had to tell them to put the right amount in. It was pathetic. They never fill up the mcflurrys to the correct amount that we pay for but I usually just ignore it. Tonight after dealing with these idiots over 40p I just had to say something about it because it's ridiculous. And again, they were agitated. Give us what we ask for and give us what we pay for. Shameful. There are plenty of different mcDs in Blackpool that I will be using from now on instead of this one.

Another very well maintained Mcdonalds restaurant.We enjoy travelling and have used many Mcdonalds so I've gained quite a knowledge of what the 'standard' of Mcdonalds is in general. This Mcdonalds was a very good example of that, clean, tidy, very friendly staff who offered my child colouring supplies.Food was ordered via app and brought to table quite quickly, in some restaurants the wait time can take a while. This place was quite busy so I was expecting a delay (I think it's justified to give a little time on busy days) breakfast menu was being served and it was rather busy yet food was brought promptly. Well packaged and put together nicely.Toilets were clean and so was restaurant. Great experience thank you.

Again condiments forgotten. You pay for a full meal but you dont receive a full meal, daylight robbery! 2x quarter fries given & I could fit both portions of fries in one portion plus still had room to put 5 nuggets into the portion, they also forgot to put ALL 4 dips in for my 20 nuggets, no straw, no napkins. Apparently you have to pay extra for the dips but thats not advertised on the app! I never been to a McDonald's where you have to pay extra for dips that come included with the meal!Won't be coming back as its a regular thing here, Burger King here i come. Lacking in McDonald's standards & values, nothing runs smoothly from my experiences, I haven't eaten in as always on the run. You need to continually remind staff of the McDonald's standards, values and customer expectations especially on a take away & delivery.

It's a Mcdonald's.... but at the time of our visit it was quiet and calm.It appears to be clean and the food arrived hot and without any missing items.

Went in to McDonald's on Sunday ,food was bloody discusting chips were cold and re heats burgers were like unget out of Iceland cheap won't be back , should be ashamed to serve

Ordered on the app. Got there & service was slow although the girl was very friendly. Food was ok though.
