Ordered 2 starters and 2 soups by phone at 18.00 hours on Christmas Eve. I appreciate they are busy but told "another half an hour" several times. No delivery by 20.10. Cancelled the order. Terrible service for a simple order!

Really disappointed tonight. Nearly 2hrs for delivery. Normally Really good but more onion and water chestnut than anything. Prawn dish had chicken in it too. Spring rolls were dry. It will be a while before we try again ?

Been trying to get through to them for an hour already, tried 47 times. Line is busy every time. Looks like they blocked the line somehow because I don't believe they are so busy that no matter when you call lines are occupied. Been fancying chineeese all day. Useless and utter disgrace

Just had a take away from here I use this Chinese often and their satay sauce was the best. But on this occasion it was tasteless and watery won’t be having it again
