I did ask politely if I could be served quickly as the bus was approaching whilst I have two kids waiting suddenly staff responded how rude I was. I am a mother with two young kids been waiting for a bus half an hour and don’t want to wait for another half an hour. I wouldn’t come across a service with unacceptable attitude like this.
