My girlfriend Ordered my pizza on the app changed one topping they removed the ham and didn’t put my jalapeños on. Now I can live with mistakes but because of mental health issues I throw the pizza away when my girlfriend came home and rang them and explained and that she had a photo the shop said go into the bin and get it out and we will sort another one this was 2 hours after very poor

Had the vegan works last night and I’ve been up all night on the loo. This morning I feel awful aching all over. The staff were nice but the guy who served me had dough all over his hands using the till. I will never be going to papa johns again

Terrible outlet, no menu to choose toppings from, no take away menus, will only accept payment in correct change I had to search the car for almost 10 minutes to find 1p to make up 99p in change as wouldn't accept payment unless it was exact change, food was slightly undercooked for my liking, will not return to this location as very run down looking and the lack of menus make it hard to order anything but a basic pizza

The branch sent out our pizzas and this is how they arrived. Manager agreed to send out replacement pizzas and they never arrived!After 45 min,i called back and a sarcastic Staff member assured me that they'd been sent out. Over an hour and we are still sat waiting! Rang the branch again, no answer before closing time.Very poor service!

Calzone really greasey, jalapeño poppers too soggy amd sallow, should be crisper. Cinnamon swirl deserts not that nice. Over all won't be ordering again. Oh ant took 15 min longer to deliver than specified.
I had both a medium double pepperoni with stuffed crust and a philycheese steak papadias from here and they were both delicious. It was fast and good value for money. Highly recommend this place.

1st time orderChicken chunks were not cooked properly in the middle I had to throw them, the garlic cheese bread was dry and not fresh base.As someone else wrote I could buy a more tasty one from Aldi.Very poor food will definitely not recommend and will not order from here again.Guys you need to Learn to cook meat and make fresh base for your pizzas.Can’t believe how bad it was!Yak! And in the bin!

My 10 yr olds review.I like papa johns because its more like real pizza because the cheese is reeeeaally stretchy. The pizza dough is perfect because its not too soft and its not too crispy, it's just proper.Its a good service because it arrived before he felt too impatient because its taking too long. ?
