Loyal customers but our latest order the chicken was OFF! The chicken has clearly been left out uncooked, gone off and these lot have cooked it. It absolutely smells- very sulfur/animalistic smell. We rang the shop and they were passing the phone around to each other and had told me to bring my food back. Which is an inconvenience in itself.. we binned the food. Very disappointed as we enjoy our treats at Pepes. Lost customers for sure- purely because of how the situation was handled.

Absolutely disgusting freezing cold food asked for plain cheese burger they put Mayo on it. Got a chicken burger very cheap Aldi chicken no taste at all

Food was freezing cold and when I called up they blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibly.Stay well away. Use KFC instead.

Got there 10-15 mins before closing time. Asked if they were still serving, guy on the til said yes so took our order then we went to pay with card (contactless). Guy then said after that actually they aren't serving food any more however we noted later that he still charged us and money came out of my bank thats £17 down and on our way home unable to get a refund. Guy on till was clueless.

We were looking for halal food , saw halal sign and randomly went in.And guess what food was amazing! We ordered kebab and chicken box and wraps and everything and their service was really good!
