I went to Pizza Hut after being in Blackpool. We arrived and ordered the food didn't take that long to arrive, however when we asked for chilli flakes they tried to charge us a pound however could have parmesan cheese for free. We ordered desserts however we sat there for 25 minutes with the empty plates in front of us then another 10 minutes wait for the desserts

OMG the justeat driver needs sacking.... where to start...... firstly he barely spoke any English so communication was difficult due to his language barrier... I should have called the police and got a refund...... delivery driver was extremely aggressive impatient nasty dangerous and rude the man was full of attitude I will never ever order from pizzahut @ pleasure beach again...they've just lost my business, broke my trust, and my abused my loyalty as a customer.... During a recession when most places are closing down you would think they would do better.... Especially in a UK popular holiday resort...wow I'm truly shocked by this thoughtless behaviour!!!!!????So basically when I rang pizzahut to complain after the man threw a temper and threw his orange justeat logo branded bag on the floor in front of the entrance at my address.... I tried to explain this to pizzahut who took absolutely ages for someone to finally answer the phone.... Then the staff member told me justeat delivery drivers are separate from pizzahut so they can no longer identify my details on thier system once the food has been delivered the system loses my details... Yes you heard correctly... My details completely disappear from thier system and they can no longer sign in and obtain my details.... They also claimed that due to the latter, it apparently means cannot identify the driver who delivered to my address as they don't know his personal details, she continued to tell me, he is contracted through justeat not pizzahut so she is unable to address this issue with him. My response was that he is misrepresenting pizzahut and not doing your company any favours, all it does, is, put pizzahut in a bad light and gives pizzahut a bad, cheap, reputation. It makes pizzahut look unprofessional and very very questionable as to why they would choose justeat to deliver for thier expensive and overpriced supplychain, when they are upsetting thier customers. It was not an experience I ever want anyone else to go through and therefore I would strongly suggest not to order here, there are concerns over safeguarding, this driver in particular was not suitable for this role. There are some vulnerable customers, and as a company, you shouldn't want to take such risks. Sack him.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Popped in for a bite to eat with the family whilst visiting the Sandcastle waterpark, as it's conveniently situated across the road. We called in early in the day when the restaurant wasn't busy; the staff were great and informed us of the most cost-effective options for our particular table order. Food was hot and fresh ???

It’s a Pizza Hut. You’re going to get a standard Pizza Hut experience. Friendly staff, quick seating. Pizza was cooked and out faster than I could eat a bowl of salad bar!!

The whole restaurant looked quite tired, like it needs a refurb. The food was warm, not hot and the salad bar needed a really good wipe down due to sauces and food stuff being dropped into other areas, IE lettuce in with carrots, nacho sauce (I presume that is what the orange sauce is) running down the pot it was in.However, the front off house team were attentive and helpful to all the customers.

The salad bar has always been a winner in keeping hungry children fed whilst waiting for their pizza. The staff were good and kept topping things up which was great!

the food here was amazing and the staff were kind and friendly but all we heard was coughing and sneezing and it was pretty cramped but I know that's not the staffs fault but I'd just like to put it out there. I would still recommend going this place if you want a great meal and friendly staff!Vegetarian options: there is a salad bar which is great for vegetariansParking: there are no parking spaces for pizza hut but there's a car park accross the roadKid-friendliness: Great for kids staff are very kind to everyoneWheelchair accessibility: plenty of room for wheelchairs but not the most room to move around in the building itself

I haven't been inside a pizza hut for 15years since being served frozen pizza . After being railroaded into going to this one I'm happy to say this one has changed my view on pizza hut . Food was pretty good . Salad bar was decent. Pasta decent. Staff top notch.

I ordered a delivery, the price of a pizza that serves 2 came to £33 which I thought was quite pricey. Nevertheless it was delivered in good time however it was cold. The pizza (buffalo chicken) was very greasy and bland. Also the cookies were burnt. Overall I am very disappointed this was a place that held lots of nostalgia and had always been very good.
The food came out quite quickly even though the restaurant was quite busy,we really enjoyed our pizza's we always visit this pizza hut when visiting

Pizza hut is a modern day scam. They make the first 2 deals obviously a ripoff so that you plump for the £50 deal which is the relative best value for money but it's still terrible. We went for the middle deal anyway and you'll see why.First off, they have the absolute cheek to put pictures of square pizzas at the top of the menu, so I believe it's a fair conclusion that this would be the biggest one they serve. Nope, they don't even sell square pizzas. Their "sharing pizza" is literally what I would call a normal sized pizza, but they sell it for up to 30 quid.So we ended up paying 40 pounds for an average sized (albeit delicious) pizza, a tiny basket of undercooked disgusting fries, some cheesy garlic bread that was covered only 1/3 in cheese, 2 part burnt desserts and free salad bar (salad bar is always decent but wish they would label the dressings, they also ran out of bowls so other customers were a bit peeved)Additionally, the AC up the back was blowing constantly and everyone was freezing. We asked for it to be turned off and they said they couldn't, another group came in towards the end and complained about it and just left again without ordering. Wish we did as well.

I was looking forward to enjoying a really nice pizza, but halfway through eating i found a long black hair on my pizza, i was horrified, we couldn’t eat any more of our side orders has we were totally put off our food, asked for the bill and they only took the price of the pizza off, when we ended up leaving the majority of the meal,,,, shocking customer service. Won’t be going back again.
