Yet another great meal had a delivery this time . Food was piping hot great delivery driver, great character, had chicken Tikka balti and Donna kebab food plentiful. Will definitely recommend.

Where do I start took 2 hours to come and the grease well it might as well all be grease! It was by far the worst curry I have ever had. I wouldn't eat here again if it was free!!!!

Ruchi is the best Indian takeaway in Blackpool and my husband and I order from Ruchi about once a week. My husband says his Korma is the best he's ever had and enough for 2 meals when extra chicken is added. My shashlik chicken is sublime, usually have this but sometimes lazeer, also delicious. Consistently superb and very good value for money.

The website is a scam. Do not use their payment system on the website. I was charged and called them up only to be told they don’t accept payment through their own website even though I’d been charged. I was promised a refund from their banking system but haven’t received it and I ended up paying in cash the same amount, as it was late and we just wanted a curry. Won’t be using them again and just advise anyone to only pay them in cash. Curry was decent but butter chicken was more of a korma

Absolutely beautifull food. Can't belive we have never tried this place before. Curry's were authentic and very well made. The whole meal we didn't have one fault we have found a new curry house 100% recommended trying if you haven't.
The food was great ,but I got tricked I ordered on line at there website paid and waited but no food !!!rang the shop but got told they don't have a Web site ??I went to the shop to ask for my money back but no joy only cash on delivery I was told ,got no real answer or any sympathy!!didn't give a dam ,so please beware don't order on line or you'll lose you money shamefull behavior ?

Went in on Nye the place was packed, and phone orders coming in as well, it took 5 mins to get my food,but an hour for delivery, it's a no brainer if there busy delivery will take a while, so go to the shop instead of moaning and complaining.The food is top drawer never had a bad takeaway from here and big portions and I've been going years.

Absolutely horrendous! Ordered and after 1h45m it still hadn’t arrived. Called the restaurant several times to be given the standard “it’s on its way” I was then told that there was an accident and the driver couldn’t get to me. Whilst writing the review I was told that he didn’t need customers like me! Definitely won’t order again. Be warned!
