Just got delivery waited 1hr 20mins was told food ready at 50 mins but waiting for driver told food was hot no apology and food

What has happened? Delivery half an hour late, rice was cold and just nowhere near to the standard we are used to from Shapla Spice. I had korma because I don't like spicy food but it was spicy, all sauce and only a few chunks of chicken. So disappointed. Won't be ordering from Shapla again.

I’ve just ordered 2 x meal for me and my wife. And these meals were the worsts Indian meals if ever had. The rice was over cooked, The naan bread was extremely dry & the two main curry dishes were up eatable. Very dry & both lamb & chicken dishes were overcooked. Will you please avoid this takeaway.Thank you,Daz.Parking: This heal/takeaway was the worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. The £32.80 should have been placed in und bin. Will you please double think before ordering a takeaway from this Indian.

Absolutely loved my order. One of the best I've tasted. Very impressed with the portion of rice, its nice to have a portion the same size as the curry. Very friendly staff also. My only bad point would be the size of the keema naan. Would have liked it a bit bigger. But still tasted awesome. Thankyou shapla spice, very well done.
